* EVERY MORNING, WAKE AND DRINK 16OZ OF PURE WATER
* TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL DAIRY PRODUCTS
* NEVER EAT STARCH WITH ANIMAL PROTEIN
* NEVER EAT FRUIT WITH OTHER FOOD COMBINING GROUPS
* NEVER EAT REFINED SUGARS, ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS, TABLE
SALT OR HYDROGENATED OIL
* NEVER EAT ACID FRUITS WITH SWEET FRUITS
* NEVER EAT FATS AND OILS WITH PROTEIN
* EAT SIX MEALS A DAY (3 TO 4 HOURS APART)
* ALWAYS EAT FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, OR IN RARE
OCCASIONS, FROZEN. Try to eat ORGANIC
* LIMIT ONLY ONE STARCH PER MEAL
* LIMIT ONLY ONE ANIMAL PROTEIN PER MEAL
* LIMIT NO MORE THAN FOUR VEGETABLES PER MEAL
* NUTS, BEANS AND GRAINS SHOULD BE SOAKED 24 HOURS
* DRIED FRUIT SHOULD BE SOAKED A MINIMUM OF 4 HOURS
* SOAKED OR SPROUTED NUTS AND SEEDS CAN BE COMBINED
WITH ACID AND SUB-ACID FRUITS
* SOAKED OR SPROUTED GRAINS COMBINE WELL WITH PLANT
AND NUT PROTEINS
* IF YOU CHOOSE TO EAT FLESH, LIMIT IT TO NO MORE THAN 6.5
OUNCES PER MEAL
* AVOCADOS MAY BE USED IN PLACE OF BUTTER, MARGARINE OR
OIL
* AVOCADOS COMBINE WELL WITH ACID & SUB-ACID FRUITS,
VEGETABLES AND TOMATOES
* ONLY USE COLD PRESSED OILS, I.E., EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
* ONLY DRINK FRUIT JUICE CUT WITH 50% DISTILLED WATER
* DRINK AT LEAST 6 GLASSES OF DISTILLED WATER PER DAY
* DO NOT DRINK WHEN YOU EAT (IT DILUTES YOUR DIGESTIVE
ENZYMES)
* EAT SUGARS AND PROTEINS AT SEPARATE MEALS
* EAT STARCHES AND SUGARS AT SEPARATE MEALS
* MELONS: EAT 'EM ALONE OR LEAVE 'EM ALONE
* TOMATOES COMBINE WELL WITH GREEN VEGETABLES,
AVOCADO, NUTS AND SEEDS.
