It's Hard Work Being A
Superstar

Action Film Star, 11 Time Kickboxing World Champion, you would think former IKF World Champion Don "The Dragon" Wilson would be sitting around the pool soaking in the rays. Well, that's just not Don! Don has been all over the World as a Kickboxer and he continues to travel all over the World for special appearances, seminars, movies, you name it, he's been there.

Earlier this year Don was at Cannes Film Festival. Here are some of those candid shots. A reminder that Don will be the Special Guest once again at this years IKF World Classic in Orlando in July.

While there, you may want to grab a snapshot with him.

Don "The Dragon" Wilson is considered by many to be the greatest kick-boxing champion in the sport's history. A native of Central Florida, Cocoa Beach, Wilson had his first pro bout in 1974. In a career which spanned 4 decades, he won 11 world kick-boxing championships, ( was listed in the Guiness Book of World Records for the most World Championships in Kickboxing) among them the WKA, STAR, WKC, PKO Lightheavyweight World Championships, WKA, STAR, ISKA, and IKF World Cruiserweight Titles, and the WKA and STAR Super-Lightheavyweight World Championships. He posted a record of 72-5-2 with 48 wins by knockout. Wilson defeated such world champions as Dennis Alexio (undefeated at the time),

Oaktree Edwards (PKA Heavyweight Champion), Maurice Smith (UFC Champion and WKA Heavyweight Champion), Branco Cikatic (first K-1 Champion), and James Waring (IBF Boxing Champion and WKA Kickboxing Champion). He retired from the sport in 1990, but launched a comeback on May 14, 1999. Since his return he has knocked-out Dick Kimber ( Viewers Choice PPV) and defeated Dewey Cooper in a 10 round decision at the .6MGM in Las Vegas televised on ESPN and Canal Plus in Europe.

His last bout was in 2002 at the Atlantic City Tropicana which he won by KO in the 10th round against Eddie Butcher. The "Dragon" has announced the UFC, King of the Cage, and numerous kickboxing shows televised on ESPN, Showtime, NBC Sportsworld, PPV, etc. Since he was a collegiate wrestler before kickboxing, the new Mixed Martial Arts Sport is a natural for him. He has starred in 27 Hollywood martial arts action films with 4 HBO World Premieres and, most recently, a SCI-FI Channel Premiere May 12, 2007, "The Last Sentinel". He has received producer credits on 14 of his films, but has worked actively behind the

scenes with script, casting, editing, etc. to insure the best quality possible for his films. Information is available on recent films at www.gorillapictures.net, www.donthedragonwilson.com and by just using Google, Yahoo, AOL, or any search engine using Don "The Dragon" Wilson....current photos available and trailers at www.youtube.com etc.

Thanks for your consideration, your friend, Don
